As the Managing Director of 3D Tek, Emil Owen is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. He is responsible for the successful direction and management of 3D Tek's national accounts, with a focus on providing exceptional executive and professional talent for C-Suite, VP, and Director roles, as well as IT leadership and IT teams for legacy and current technologies.
His expertise lies in delivering value to clients by teaching them how to use his proprietary TRACCS process to establish measurable metrics for their entire company, ensuring they can identify "A Players" in their teams and continue to drive growth and success.
Emil holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business from Andrews University. His previous work experience includes providing programming and DBA services, and custom IT solutions for clients such as Lockheed Martin, Disney, Tupperware and Chimperie Agencies using FoxPro, Visual FoxPro and SQL Server.
Jen is a unique senior executive in the finance and private equity sectors, having both a business and tech background which give her deep experience from the boardroom to technical delivery.
