Farid has expertise leading IT strategy & operations, program management, smart sourcing, enterprise risk management, as well as implementing and managing back office and IT shared services for global organizations.

• His M&A experience includes due diligence, integration, divestitures, change management, program management and delivering on expected outcomes for multiple acquisitions in USA, Canada, Europe, Latin America and Far East over the last 20 years. At HCC he successfully executed an integration strategy for $2 billion in acquired revenue (a 110% increase).
• Farid focuses on aligning business & IT strategies, creating clear IT roadmaps to support organizational objectives, and transforming business processes to optimize outcomes. He utilizes his real world experience to foster open dialogue among key stakeholders and facilitates organizational transparency and desired outcomes.   He has rescued several financially off-track, bottlenecked and behind schedule projects.
• In the past decade, Mr. Nagji has specialized in building effective and cost efficient IT teams globally. He has successfully implemented shared service organizations for insurance company back-office, corporate administration, and technology areas by smart sourcing talent which dramatically improved customer service and organizational productivity while substantially lowering costs. Implementing an international shared services organization at Argo decreased back office costs by 30% or $6 million annually.
• Mr. Nagji is a graduate of New York University.  He has served on multiple insurance company boards and has led business turnaround of a multi-million dollar claims management company.  Farid has held CIO positions at Argo Group International Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq: AGII), Houston Casualty Insurance Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HCC), and a subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings, Limited (TSX: FFH).
• As head of Enterprise Risk Management at two companies, he successfully formalized the process to meet Board and Rating Agency requirements.
