On the legal side, he oversees our search for Partners, Associates, in house counsel, and legal support talent across key practice areas. He ensures that every search is grounded in a deep understanding of practice mix, profitability models, and long term career vision.
On the technology side, Gabriel manages the recruiters responsible for supporting IT driven organizations. He provides the strategic oversight for the recruitment of senior IT leaders and technical specialists, ensuring his team maintains a sharp focus on legacy systems, cybersecurity, and digital modernization.
He ensures that his team manages the end to end search process, from initial client consultation to candidate onboarding, ensuring that every placement meets 3D Tek’s rigorous standards for quality and retention.
