If a placed leader resigns voluntarily or is terminated for cause within five years, the following replacement program will apply.

60 days to find replacement, if no replacement found 100% of the fee refunded to client
31 to 90 of Days Candidate Employed
60 days to find replacement, if no replacement found 50% of the fee credited to client
91 to 180 of Days Candidate Employed
60 days to find replacement, if no replacement found 50% of the fee credited to a new search
181 to 365 of Days Candidate Employed
New search conducted - client charged a discounted fee of only 50% of the original invoice
5 Years Candidate Employed
New search conducted - client charged a discounted fee of only 90% of the original invoice
