We’ll conduct an in-depth analysis of your company’s unique challenges and requirements, then identify the competencies, skills, and abilities required. Next, we design parameters to locate the most highly qualified candidates and collaborate on strategies to understand and achieve your company’s mission. You’ll be updated regularly with transparent progress reports.
Attract and Present the Best & Brightest
Our executive, contract, and direct hire recruiters tap into 3D Tek’s exclusive network of qualified candidates, many of whom aren’t found on job boards. We’ll present you with a shortlist of the top three to five prequalified candidates. We’ll conduct thorough reference checks to verify a candidate’s work history and character through supervisors, peers, customers, and direct reports. We’ll handle negotiations and offer letter reviews and ensure a smooth transition as the candidate is onboarded to your team.
